Considering this is an offical cartoon network game, I wouldn't say "ripped", but yes, it's quite obvious that this is heavily inspired by Bleedman's comics. Bleedman is actually known among CN employees, which is somewhat proven by the fact he shows up on the friends list on Craig McKracken's (Powerpuff Girls, Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends) Deviantart page, and I think he was mentioned on Maxwell Atoms' (Billy and Mandy) blog.
I agree, the anime style does seem like a way to steal Bleedman's thunder. The PPG are visibly adults, though, so I guess that could be considered a difference.

Beta tester? So you can tell the CN game makers how to improve the game!
Start by telling them that it needs more Robot Jones.
You know, as cool as Bleedman's stuff is, it's not like he's the leading athourity on turning otherwise awesome original designs into generic looking anime. Look all over Deviantart, you got hundreds and thousands of fan arts of Kenny from South Park as a hoodless blond bishoujen boy, and every single one of them looks the f*cking same. Tons of anime Mac and Bloos, and the Bloos are more often than not blue skinned, blue haired, non-blob shaped bishoujen boys. Animal characters or pretty much anything anthromorphic get turned into human anime pretty boys/girls, Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, Mickey Mouse, Invader ZIM, Cars, Finding Nemo, Looney Tunes, f*cking WALL-E. and more often than not, all of these examples are making out with someone of the same sex. It's nothing new. They just chose to put a clever twist on it by making it a game and not awful deviantart fodder.

I guess they might've been inspired, But I don't really like their TOS, My brother read through it, And according to the TOS, They have permission to use your character's name and such for anything they want, And they don't have to give credit to you at all, Same goes for ideas, If you mention a idea in the game, They say you surrender all rights to the idea, And that it makes them liable to use your idea as they see fit, Same goes for personal info.
So I don't think I'll be joining, It does look fun, But I'm not interested.

To any members who join, whatever you do, do NOT model your avatar off of any of your OC's if you value your ownership of them.
And this game really needs some more Robot Jones.
