Certainly, I can't be the only one who listens to foreign music, right? So...Does anybody out there listen to music of other laguages? Currently, my favorite bands from other countries are ones from: -Russia -Japan -China -France -Germany Some of the songs, even if you don't understand them right away are very fun to listen to and often contains bits of their culture in it. I look up the lyrics as well. You don't always have to confine yourself to American/English music.

I have...
La Bamba Numa Numa Death Note (The World and Aluminia)
Not a lot. And yes, the actual title is, indeed, "Numa Numa" (which means "Don't Want, Don't Want")
Heh. I know all the words to and the translation of the first one. Sad. Very sad.

I love foreign music ALOT, I constantly listen to Japanese music, Some french, And some swedish, Ect ect, I love the Numa Numa song, I also like a song called "Hall om mig" Which translates out to "Hold me now", Overall I'd have to say that Foreign music is just as good as English music to me.

New one to my list! German song, 99 Luftballons by Nena. Limewire wouldn't have the newer version by Nena, I don't think, so I have the 80's version. And yes, Ness, I have the Goldfinger version, too.

*sigh* Sorry, Chelly, this thread isn't about what languages we know, because we're not exactly multilingual, it's about the songs we know in other languages.
